Having trouble signing in?

You may not have received the link to our new online ordering system Field Folio which lets you access exactly the same catalogue that our sales agents use in store.
Please email us at sales@zizu.com.au or call us on 02 4268 3926 and we will re-send the link to grant you access.
If you have received the link you should be able to enter your email address or name and choose a password and you are on.
If this isn't happening please contact us as we may have an incorrect email address on file for you which is stopping you from accessing our catalogue.

I am an existing customer. When I place an order do I need to pre-pay?

No. If you are an existing customer, you will receive a 30 day account along with your order.

I am a new customer, do I need to pre-pay?

If you are a new customer we will contact you for payment on your first order. This can be done by direct deposit, by cheque or by credit card. There is no surcharge when paying by credit card.

When I order, freight is not calculated on the site. How is freight calculated?

We use several different courier companies to send out your stock and always endeavour to get it to you the cheapest and fastest way.

Once I place an order, when will I receive it?

Generally, we pick and pack and send your order on the day it is received. Depending on where you are in Australia, it will take 1 – 4 days to be delivered.

What happens if I receive my order and an item is faulty or damaged?

We check all items before leaving our warehouse. Should you receive faulty or damaged items, we will issue you a credit, or a refund or a replacement – whatever you would prefer. We request that no item be sent back to us but that one of our sales agents collects the item to return to us.

What is the jewellery made of?

Our necklaces and bracelets have a copper core and are rodium-plated to resist tarnishing. Our earrings are made from surgical steel so that even sensitive skin is not irritated.

All jewellery is nickel free.
